Shawn Roberts, Owner, General Contractor
His hands-on expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality continue to shape the company and drive every project forward.
Marco Bifano, General Manager
Marco Bifano oversees scheduling, estimating, client relations, materials, logistics, and day-to-day operations at Cadence Construction. His passion for building began with transforming his own uninsulated 1,500-square-foot garage into a fully finished home. That experience led him to leave the real estate industry and launch Happy Homes Handyman, which later merged with Cadence. Marco’s versatility, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to client service make him a key part of the company’s success.
Adam Clark, Project Manager
Adam Clark is one of Cadence Construction’s most driven and experienced project managers. His hands-on expertise spans framing, concrete, deck construction, and a wide range of residential building projects. Outside of work, Adam has built an off-grid home in Flagstaff for his wife and two children — a reflection of his craftsmanship, work ethic, and passion for construction. His leadership, versatility, and commitment to quality have played a major role in the growth and success of Cadence Construction.
Nick Onorato, Project Manager
Nick Onorato has been part of Cadence Construction since the beginning, working alongside Shawn Roberts long before the company was founded. Through years of hands-on experience, he developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, teamwork, and building a positive work environment.
Nick is highly skilled in drywall and has continued expanding his expertise in plumbing, electrical work, and project leadership. Today, he independently manages projects with the same dedication and attention to detail that define Cadence.
His reliability, growth, and commitment to the team make him an essential part of the company’s success.
Tyler Wiberg, Project Manager
Tyler Wiberg is known for his precision, attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship. He began his career working alongside his father in Tucson, building a strong foundation in carpentry and residential construction. After moving to Flagstaff, Tyler became a highly skilled cabinet installer and finish carpenter. Since joining Cadence Construction, he has expanded his expertise across custom woodworking, kitchen remodels, and a wide range of residential projects. His commitment to quality and meticulous execution make him an invaluable part of the Cadence team.
Patrick Thompson Project Manager
Patrick Thompson is one of Cadence Construction’s most experienced project managers, bringing more than 15 years of industry experience to the team. From large-scale builds to detailed custom projects, he consistently delivers high-quality trade knowledge and dependable results. Patrick takes pride in creating exceptional work and approaches every project with precision, professionalism, and care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
His experience, leadership, and commitment to quality make him a valuable part of the Cadence team.
Jasin Brown Draftsman & Design Specialist
Jasin Brown is Cadence Construction’s in-house draftsman and design specialist, combining architectural expertise with hands-on construction knowledge. With years of drafting experience, he brings creative vision, technical precision, and practical problem-solving to every project. By working both in design and in the field, Jasin creates plans that are not only visually compelling, but fully buildable and efficient in practice. From custom decks and additions to large-scale concepts like Airstream parks, Jasin helps turn ideas into functional, high-quality designs that elevate every project.
