Meet The Team
Shawn Roberts, Owner, General Contractor
Shawn, our owner, has been immersed in the trades since he was 17 years old. With extensive skills in all aspects of residential remodeling and repair, he has served as project leader on countless job sites. Frustrated with the industry’s shortcomings, Shawn founded Cadence to forge a new path and set a higher standard. His experience and vision are the cornerstones of our company’s success, driving us to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Marco Bifano, General Manager
Marco is our lead for client relations, scheduling, and much more. After converting his own 1500 sqft uninsulated garage into a 1-bed, 1.5-bath dwelling with a full kitchen, Marco realized how much he liked working with his hands. He left the real estate industry to start Happy Homes Handyman, which eventually merged with Cadence.

Adam Clark, Project Manager
Adam Clark stands out as one of the most motivated and experienced project managers at Cadence. Currently, he is spearheading the construction of an off-grid home in Flagstaff, AZ, for his wonderful wife and two beautiful children. Adam’s passion for hunting and working on projects at his off-grid ranch highlights his diverse skill set and dedication. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including framing, concrete work, and crafting beautiful decks. Adam’s contributions have been integral to Cadence’s success, and his versatile skills and unwavering commitment make him an invaluable member of our team. Without Adam, Cadence wouldn’t be the thriving company it is today.
Tyler Wiberg, Project Manager
Tyler Wiberg is our most detailed and meticulous Project Manager. He began his career in contracting by working alongside his father in Tucson, AZ, focusing on carpentry and cleaning. Tyler eventually moved to Flagstaff, where he became an exceptional cabinet installer and fine finish carpenter. Since joining our team, his diverse skills have expanded immensely. From custom woodworking projects to full kitchen remodels, Tyler is your go-to expert. Tyler’s passion for woodworking extends beyond his work at Cadence. In his spare time, he creates unique wood art, enjoys nature, and attends music events. His dedication to quality and precision, coupled with his extensive experience, makes him one of our most valuable team members. Tyler consistently raises the bar with his exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Nick Onorato, Project Manager
Nick Onorato has been an integral part of Cadence since its inception. His journey began well before Cadence was founded, working alongside Shawn Roberts on a diverse range of remodeling and construction projects. Through these experiences, Nick discovered the importance of a positive work environment and the joy of loving what you do. Over the years, Nick has become our go-to expert in drywall, while also expanding his skills in plumbing and electrical work. Recently, he has taken on the role of leading projects independently, showcasing his growth and expertise. Nick has also embraced the joys of parenthood, recently starting a family. In his spare time, he enjoys camping and outdoor activities, reflecting his adventurous spirit. Nick’s dedication and passion are key to Cadence’s success. His commitment to our culture and team-oriented approach exemplifies how we strive to make every project the best it can be. Without Nick, Cadence wouldn’t shine as brightly.
