Cadence Construction is comprised of a tight-knit team of multi-talented builders and do-ers. Led by General Contractor Shawn Roberts and Handyman Manager Marco Bifano, Cadence is able and willing to tackle a far wider scope of projects than most contractors or handymen.

Being licensed, insured, and experienced as a General Contractor allows us to take on the big jobs, and our handyman side of the business is there to help with even the smallest of home repairs or improvements. Because of this, we are also uniquely poised to be a single point of contact for our clients.

Meet the Team

Shawn Roberts, Owner, General Contractor

Shawn has worked in the trades since he was 17 years old. He is skilled in all aspects of residential remodel and repair, and he has served as project leader on more job sites than he can count. After years of being fed up with the industry, he started Cadence to forge a new path.

Marco Bifano, Handyman Manager

Marco is our lead for client relations, scheduling, and much more. After converting his own 1500 sqft uninsulated garage into a 1-bed, 1.5-bath dwelling with a full kitchen, Marco realized how much he liked working with his hands. He left the real estate industry to start Happy Homes Handyman, which eventually merged with Cadence.
